MARK KEMPE - Managing Director
Mark Kempe has over 15 years building experience with a firm background in insurance repair. With a farming upbringing, Mark became competent at building and repair at an early age, before moving into communication as a Technician for brands such as Telstra and Foxtel. After a period as a small business owner in the retail space, he entered the family insurance repair business. It was at this point he became a building works supervisor and insurance assessor.
There is not much he hasn't seen and renovation experience along the journey has ensured he is prepared for most scenarios a build or repair entails.
MC3 was established by Mark to realise his dream of a supportive work environment for his staff and to create a legacy for his family. The name MC3 is a nod to Mark's wife Chloe and their 3 children - a labour of love, if you will..
